For sale is a semi-automatic cup filling system for drinking yoghurt,
ayran or similar.
Key data on the plant:
- Semi-automatic, i.e. the cup must be inserted and the button pressed
for each filling.
- Lid diameter: 75 mm
- Capacity: Up to 300 ml
- Power consumption: 1 kW (230 V plug)
- Pneumatic: Compressor required. If you are interested, our
compressor can also be purchased. (Please inquire separately!)
- Pipe connection DN 32 (direct connection to tank possible, so that
the liquid can be sucked off the system with a slope
- Country of manufacture: Turkey
- Thermal sealing: temperature adjustable. Aluminum lids (75 mm) were
used with this system.
- Magazine for sealing board available. These are placed on the cup by
the system itself
- Filling capacity: Variable depending on the filling quantity: 250 ml
were filled with this system. Here, about 600 cups/hour were possible.
Filling speed individually adjustable
- Stamp printing integrated into the system: This station works in
principle, but it is very sensitive. The pressure is not always
optimal. Here you would have to tinker with it a bit to keep the
result continuous.
The plant is located in Berlin.
In principle, only one collection is possible.
A coordination for collection can also be made, but must be organized
by the buyer.
