The reactor volume of 150 l (Useful volume of 120 l) is designed for the preparation, sterilization and storage of technological solutions and nutrient medium, as well as for separate collection of biomass concentrate and supernatant after centrifugation. The reactor is made in pharmaceutical design, and the total volume of the reactor vessel in the geometric ratio H / D = 2 (height to diameter); made of AISI 316 L stainless steel, equipped with a Rushton type bunker turbine mixer, has a removable elliptical cover, elliptical bottom and top magnetic drive. The reactor vessel provides for the installation of sensors and regulatory elements of the process control interface.
Complete processed cheese packaging line existing out of a double-head automatic dosing / wrapping machine designed for the packaging of triangular portions of processed cheese, carton boxing machine and a banderol machine. The working process starts with the formation of the wrapping shells from reel-fed heat sealing aluminium foil for subsequent filling of processed cheese in the dosing station of the machine. A lid of heat sealing aluminium foil is placed inside the filled shell which is then folded over the lid and sealed by heated pressure pads. Each portion includes an internal ‘consumer-friendly’ easy opening tear strip and an external paper brand label.
