The heat exchanger furnaces are part of the system and were only
ordered separately.
The new price of the plant was thus over EUR 2 million.
The official commissioning was in April 2024, but these were only test
runs and not series operation.

Application: Homogenization (heat treatment) of aluminum bolts in
batches
Design: Electrically heated chamber furnaces with jet heating and air
circulation, heat exchanger furnaces, charging machine, racks
Plant design
The system essentially consists of:
• 1 heating furnace (BSN 1607) – electrically heated, jet
heating
• 2 holding furnaces (BSN 1608, 1609) – electrically heated, air
circulation
• 2 heat exchanger furnaces (BSN 1610, 1611) – unheated, with air
circulation
• 1 charging machine (BSN 1612) – electric/hydraulic
• 12 charging racks (BSN 1614)
• Switchgear with PLC control (Siemens S7 1515F 2PN, Profinet) and
control panel
• Pressure thermocouples for direct bolt temperature measurement
The system is designed as a complete machine in accordance with the
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (CE-compliant).
