Line composition

• 1 automatic loader with friction-driven stainless steel rollers driven by a geared motor with converter. During unloading, the table tilts using a hydraulic cylinder.


• 12 manually excluded suction cups, mounted on a structure actuated by a hydraulic cylinder allowing the useful stroke for the gripping of the slice.


• 3 motorized roller conveyors, approximate dimensions: 3,000 × 2,200 mm.


• Vacuum system with side channel blower.


• 1 CORTAN FRS 210 automatic flaming machine from 2016, for the processing of slabs from 2 to 15 cm thick. Adjustment of the torch by hydraulic piston with variable height.
  
  Oxygen: 12/14 m³/h; propane gas (excluding acetylene): 10/12 kg/h; maximum power: 5 kW; voltage: 400 V / 50 Hz.


• 1 SMART CUT DUO CNC cutting center (2017), 9000h, serial no.: 68884, equipped with two interpolated 5-axis chucks mounted on two opposing independent beams, a belt work table and an integrated \"MULTICUP\" suction cup system. It allows the movement of workpieces on the table and the optimization of the cut. Machine designed for cutting granite, marble, composite stone and stone in general, disc diameter: 550 mm. • 1 KUKA KR 360 unloading robot with suction cup grip. Load capacity: 300 kg.
