Micro Brewery 2-Vessel 5hl Braukon 750hl / annum

The brewery is a modular 5 hl two-vessel Braukon brewhouse system with a separate whirlpool, designed for production of both top- and bottom-fermented beers. Brewing is controlled with manual valves, but brew vessels and temperature controls are made with Braukon brew control PLC. Upto 18° Plato high gravity beer production is also possible with this brew line. Brew vessels are bottom heated with hot water generated with plate heat exchanger from low pressure steam and wort is heated with external boiling system. The 2-vessel system is constructed entirely in stainless steel (AISI 304) and delivered as a fully integrated, pre-piped and pre-wired unit, enabling rapid relocation works. Nominal capacity is 3–4 brews per day, depending on recipe and process parameters which is approx. 750 hl/annum. Brew control is semi-automatic and made with Siemens PLC. All equipment has hygienic design (ground welds, CIP capability, bottom outlet routing) to minimize oxygen pickup and contamination risks. After wort cooler, there is possible to inject sterile air in wort.

The malt mill is a professional Träuber 2-roll precision roller dry mill designed for the controlled crushing of brewing malt, barley, and other grains used in wort production in breweries.

The brewery is equipped with a tank farm comprising 8 × 10 hL CCTs and 2 × 10 hL BBTs, manufactured by Mueller. The CCTs and BBTs are insulated vertical pressure vessels. The CCTs feature two cooling zones (side and cone), while the BBTs have one cooling zone. All tanks are equipped with CIP spray balls and safety valves, and temperature control is fully automated.

Additionally, the scope of supply includes the BrauKon HopGun, designed for up to 10 kg of pelletized hops, as well as a combined kieselguhr and sterile plate filtration system, allowing flexible beer clarification depending on the beer style and process requirements.
