Bosch / Skinetta complete ampoule line
Used Bosch/Skinetta line for processing open glass hopper and spit
ampoules. The line includes machines for washing, sterilizing and
depyrogenating, filling, closing, labeling, cartoning and tightening.
The maximum line output is up to 18,000 ampoules per hour, depending
on the ampoule size. Format parts for 1 ml ampoules are included.
The plant was completely dismantled in January 2026 and is unpacked at
the operator in China, near Hong Kong.

Actual line output depends on product, ampoule format and packaging
configuration. The Bosch ERS 2010 labeler has a separately stated
maximum output of 30,000 ampoules/h.

Format parts for 1 ml ampoules with the following dimensions are
included:
Diameter: 10.75 mm
Height unfilled and open: 65.0 mm
Height filled and sealed: 45.0 mm
We will clarify the required format sub-scope for other ampoule sizes
on request.

History and delivery condition
According to available information, the machines were manufactured in
Germany and regularly maintained. The complete dismantling of the line
took place in January 2026. Since then, the plant has been unpackaged
at the operator in China, near Hong Kong.
Packaging and transport
The offer price is unpackaged, free ramp at the location in China. We
