inspection and rejection functions from FT System for production
quality control. The level-control inspection unit is equipped for
bottle level verification and is followed by a seven-finger rejection
unit. A separate label rejection system with pusher mechanism supports
downstream label-quality handling.FT System level-control unit: 120

CapabilitiesThe equipment forms an integrated industrial packaging and
beverage production line from manual bulk depalletizing through bottle
preparation, filling, closure application, inspection, labeling,
sleeve shrinking and secondary case packaging. Bottle and case
conveyors provide material transfer between process stages, while
reject tables allow controlled removal of non-conforming
containers.Machine typeManufacturer / modelYearDepalletizerManual bulk

integration with upstream bottle supply and downstream pallet handling
equipment. Its modular arrangement allows buyers to assess individual
machine sections, conveyor interfaces, product-contact equipment and
packaging flow according to site requirements.Machine Condition &
Maintenance HistoryThis second hand bottling line includes machinery
manufactured between 2010 and 2021, with a Bertolaso rinser identified
as 2019 and FT System inspection equipment identified as 2020. The
listed configuration includes manual bulk depalletizing and manual
packing stations, together with automated rinsing, filling, capping,
inspection, labeling and case-sealing equipment.Condition assessment
should include verification of mechanical operation, electrical supply
compatibility, pneumatic circuits, conveyor transfer performance,
bottle handling components, safety devices and format parts before
commissioning.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe production line
combines bottle processing and secondary packaging operations in a
compact flow. Bertolaso equipment provides the core rinsing, filling
and capping stages, including an Alfa 500 single-head non-rotating
capper. A Bertolaso Alfatre AO 35 vibrator/sorter and cap elevator
support closure handling before capping.Quality assurance is supported
by FT System level inspection, rejection equipment and label
rejection. The BRB labeling machine, Virel tax label press, Hitachi
label coder, Tripack shrink sleever and Axon heat tunnel provide
labeling, coding and shrink-sleeve processing capabilities suitable
for industrial packaging applications.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationInstallation planning should provide suitable electrical
distribution for the documented machine supplies, including 440 V, 460
VAC, 480 VAC, 400 V + N + E, 120 VAC and 115 VAC equipment. The
Bertolaso rinser is specified with compressed-air consumption of 300
Nl/1 and air pressure of 0.5 MPa, while the FT System inspection unit
specifies 0.6 MPa air pressure.Site preparation should include
adequate access for equipment positioning, line-level alignment of
bottle and case conveyors, protected electrical connections,
compressed-air distribution, safe operator access and space for manual
depalletizing and packing activities. The sleeve applicator requires
film compatible with the documented 40-165 mm lay-flat range.Safety
