The machine is equipped with a photo-electric control and regulates the work rhythm depending on the length of the packaged goods. This allows unequal parts to be packed in any order. The height and side adjustment of the machine takes place in seconds by means of a hand wheel.

Functioning

The machine works cycle by cycle, fully automatically with photo-electric control. The goods to be packed are introduced into the machine by means of a special infeed belt and shrink-wrapped on four sides.
Oil hydraulics ensure exact operation of the welding system. The welding is carried out according to the impulse separation welding process and can be equipped with additional special welding elements. Odour nuisances are avoided by means of an exact, infinitely variable temperature adjustment of the welding tools.

Working speed

Actual production speed and effective net performance depend on the format, type and composition of the products and can be up to 1,500 packs per hour.
