Full-load current is 137 A for the PM-70/65 NII and 166 A for the
PM-70/111N. The production equipment is supported by process cooling,
PET drying and dehumidification systems to help maintain stable resin
conditioning and moulding conditions. Auxiliary equipment includes
multiple chillers, dehumidifiers and PET dryers. The PET dryers are
fitted with 6.2 kW blowers and 36.10 kW heaters, supporting controlled

production line is designed as an integrated upstream solution for PET
bottle manufacturing and can supply preforms to downstream stretch
blow molding and beverage production operations. The available preform
range supports bottle formats from 0.15L to 2.0L, depending on the
neck design and preform weight selected. The mould inventory includes
preforms for water, soda and oil applications. Water preforms use a 28
mm TST neck, while soda preforms use a 28 mm CSD short neck. The line
is therefore suited to industrial packaging operations requiring
multiple PET bottle formats and product-specific preform designs.
Machine Condition & Maintenance History The two main Nissei ASB
injection molding machines were manufactured in 2017. Associated
auxiliary equipment includes units manufactured in 2014 and 2017. The
equipment package includes two main injection molding machines,
cooling equipment, PET dryers, dehumidifiers, an air dryer and
blowers. For a second hand PET preform production installation,
commissioning should include inspection of mould condition, resin
drying performance, cooling circuits, electrical connections, heaters,
blowers and all safety interlocks before integration into a used
bottling line or industrial packaging facility. Operational
Performance & Versatility The 24-cavity PET preform injection molding
configuration is intended for repeatable, high-volume preform
manufacture. Eight mould references are included, covering preform
weights of 10 g, 13.5 g, 15 g, 18 g, 19 g, 20 g, 22 g, 23 g, 26 g and
32 g. Supported PET preform applications include water bottles in
0.3L, 0.5L, 0.75L, 1.0L, 1.25L, 1.5L and 2.0L formats, plus soda
bottle formats from 0.15L to 0.5L. PET preform options also include a
0.75L oil bottle application. This flexibility makes the equipment
relevant for beverage production and industrial packaging operations
using PET containers. Installation Requirements & Site Preparation
Installation requires a 415 V, 50 Hz electrical supply sized for the
injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. A suitable
production area should provide access for installation, mould
handling, resin loading, chilled-water connections and maintenance
around the machines. Cooling capacity is supported by Chilton, Airtech
Cooling and Microgel chillers. PET resin preparation is supported by
Matsui India and Matsui Technologies India dehumidification and drying
equipment. Site preparation should provide appropriate process cooling
connections, ventilation and material handling for resin, moulds and
