Optical sorting machine with material feed (via 2 stainless steel infeed hoppers and 2 electronically controlled vibratory chutes), material chute (made of specially coated aluminium), optical unit (4 high-resolution monochrome cameras with 2,048 pixels each; integrated image processing with a resolution of 0.09 mm) and blow-out system (144 high-speed blow-out nozzles with 1,400 cycles per second).
The machine can be used, for example, to remove particles of different colours or foreign bodies from a material stream. Throughput: 500 to 800 kg/h (for quartz sand 0.1 - 6.0 mm).
IP6X protection class for dustproof operation; incl. connection for external dust removal.
