The FORNI INDUSTRIALI FIBEX COMBI 6GX-10.130-7110.2E.270 brazing furnace was built by the Italian company Forni Industriali Heat Treating Plants in 2007. The furnace is used for soldering steel elements with solder paste at temperatures up to 1120 degrees Celsius. At the very end, the plastic pipes are moved to a special cooling tunnel, where they are cooled with air at 42.8°C. Automated heat treatment of large quantities of workpieces is possible due to the use of conveyors in the machine that transport the workpieces between the different stages of the process.
