Suitable for the sterilization of highly viscous product with high dry matter, such as sauces and concentrates.
Capacity in currently setup variable up to ± 3000l / hr. ( capacity up to 6000 lt/hr for low viscous products is possible with bigger homogeniser)
Equipped with 2 ALFA LAVAL SHL20 Homogenizers, one in aseptic v4410700 execution and with ball valves.
Supplied with complete documentation and many spare parts.
