For sale is a used pelleting line that has been pelletizing wood
fiber-based fertilizer with cattle manure and digestate for the past
four years (approximately 5,000 hours total).
It incorporates components from various well-known manufacturers,
including the Amandus KAHL pellet press/continuous mixer, Bühler
hammer mill/conditioner, CPM pellet cooler, Wynveen pellet screen, and
Rako/Apullma conveying technology.
Capacity:
1. Wood chips with dried cattle manure: approx. 1.5 t/h
2. Dried, separated compost/dried digestate: approx. 2.5 t/h
3. According to the manufacturer, KAHL, the press can process up to 3
t/h of biomass.
The customer is now restructuring their operations, making this line
available for sale. The preferred option is to sell the entire line,
but individual components can be purchased separately by
arrangement.

The existing, accessible silo system (2 x 25 t capacity, pellet bulk
density 800 kg/m³), built in 2016, can be purchased S6343871
separately but is not included in the total price listed here.
... The system will be installed by mid-April 2026 and can be switched
on and tested in "cold mode."
All components can be inspected.
The system is sold as seen, without any warranty.
Depending on the agreement, either the seller or the buyer will
dismantle the system. The temporary provision of a telescopic handler
can also be arranged.
