Used Complete Bottling Line for PET and Glass 2007 Depalletizer This unit takes bulk of bottles that are stacked on a pallet and places them onto an accumulation area before entering the Lowerator unit. The operation of the machine is manual. There are some forklift interactions with loading full pallets onto the infeed conveyor, removing the empty pallets from the discharge conveyor and the placement of empty pallets at the operator level (layer dividers). Cleaning is carried out with the machine switched off and the hoist lowered. The two machines were part of a complete line. The capper can screw more than 5000 bottles/h, but it was limited by the filler. Both machines with complete documentation and dismantled.
