Vogelsang static Unifeed hopper with a capacity of approximately 40
m³ (40,000 litres), equipped with three counter-rotating mixer
augers, weighing system using load cells, motors and gearboxes, level
and temperature sensors, pressure gauge, hydraulic circuit,
instrumentation and electrical components.
The equipment was used for the reception of solid waste, such as
sludge, eggs, and other by-products. It was removed in 2019 and was
working properly at the time of its removal.
It is currently stored in the plant's yard and shows significant signs
of deterioration due to oxidation in the metal chassis, as well as
deterioration of the hydraulic circuit. Due to the downtime, motors,
transmissions, planetary gearboxes, bearings, augers, electrical
elements and instrumentation require a complete overhaul and in-depth
maintenance before putting the equipment back into operation.
The hopper is offered in its current condition and has not been
tested. Disassembly, disconnection, loading, removal, transport,
repair and commissioning will be the responsibility of the buyer. It
is recommended to carry out a pre-inspection before bidding and check
