manufactured in 2015, designed for the treatment of SANDACH animal
by-products. Approximate capacity of 3,000 liters, useful diameter of
1,400 mm, working temperature of up to 140 °C and maximum pressure of
3 kg/cm².
The equipment includes a 4.6 kW stirring geared motor, lobe pump,
pneumatic panel, pipes, valves, instrumentation and auxiliary systems.
It requires a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, steam and
compressed air supply at approximately 6 bar.
According to the information provided, the equipment was discontinued
in 2019. The original electrical panel was disabled after an incident
and is currently not included; operation was carried out through
maneuvers and programming with an external PLC.
The equipment shows signs of deterioration over time, including
oxidation in carbon steel elements, deteriorated instrumentation and
pneumatic components that may require replacement. The motor and
gearbox also show signs of corrosion. The electrical installation,
