System Overview
This is a purpose-built, containerised ISO tank and road tanker
washing system, custom-designed and manufactured to a high
specification. The complete system is housed in two standard 40ft ISO
containers, making it fully mobile, easy to deploy, and ready for
international shipment.
The system comprises two independent but complementary units:
► Unit 1 — Tank Washing Unit: A fully equipped hot and cold
pressure washing system for ISO tanks and road tankers
► Unit 2 — Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP): A physicochemical
water treatment system for effluent compliance and water recycling
★ Capacity: 5–8 ISO tanks per day + 3–4 road tankers per day
★ Self-contained: all pumps, burners, controls housed within the
containers
★ Water recycling: treated water returned to wash cycle — reduces
fresh water consumption
★ Compliant: designed to meet Haifa-level discharge standards for
pH, COD/BOD and solids
