The repackaging system is used to unpack glass bottles from pallets
containing full module boxes, repackage them into ‘open basket’
carrier boxes holding four bottles, and repack them into pin-partition
crates with palettising. The system consists of the following
individual machines: 1. Depalletising of full module crates /
repalletising of empty module crates: Here, pallets containing full
module crates are fed in and destacked, whilst empty crates are
stacked and transported out. 2. Repackaging machine: Here, 20-unit
module boxes are unpacked, 4-unit carrier cartons are unfolded and
filled with bottles/packed. 3. Packing into pin-partition crates and
palletising: Here, the 4-unit carrier cartons are packed into
pin-partition crates, stacked onto pallets, and transported out of the
system., Additional title: Repackaging of full pallets containing
