The dismantling and loading of the machine must be carried out by the
buyer in calendar week XX. At the request of the buyer, the seller can
establish contact with the Hundegger company; the buyer is entitled to
commission Hundegger with the dismantling and loading.
If the machine is not dismantled in time, the seller reserves the
right to carry out the dismantling and relocation of the machine
itself at the expense of the buyer or to have it carried out by a
third party.
