OMAS model ML16 Monobloc fully automatic machine, constructed in 316L grade stainless steel, Four head inline diving head liquid filling station, positive shut off tips can be used if required. Variable speed 100mm wide slat -band conveyor and infeed/out-feed gating control. Star-wheel transfer of filled bottles to the plugging/ insert and cap placement station supplied from two stainless OZAF vibratory feeders located at the rear of the machine. Bottles then progress to the pre-set torque capping station and then back onto the line conveyor. Separate control panel for all machine functions. It is fully guarded with electrical safety interlock devices on all opening panels.
