Vegetable Blanching and freezing line consist of the following equipment: 1. Washing bath with transporter NIKO 2. Blanching machine NIKO with transporter (water heating 75kW or steam 350kg-500kg/h) 3. Cooling bath NIKO 4. Vibro table for drying vegetables NIKO 5. Liquid nitrogen freezing tunnel Viessmann Line capacity 1000 kg depending on the product. All equipment is working. Now it is disassembled and ready for shipment. Was used for mushrooms blanching and freezing.
