The products to be welded are loaded into suitable holders on a rotary
indexing table.
Assembly takes place in station 1, laser welding in station 2.
The cell is designed as a sit/stand workstation. The products are
placed in a rotary indexing table.
After turning the rotary indexing table, the machine starts
automatically.
The machine is equipped with an automatic rotary indexing table, with
friction wheel drive. A
light curtain is not required. The drive slips in the event of an
unforeseen load.
