The following things have been renewed/repaired on the machine in the
last four years:
At the end of 2022, the tailstock was completely overhauled. New
bearing and new tip and lubrication.
2024 Cross Support regenerated.
Refurbishment of the wedge strips with new sliding coating, snatchers
on the guideways smoothed by scraping,
Bearing seats of the spindles made smooth, wedge strips in the contact
surface and covering surface scraped.
Lubrication pump cleaned and repaired, lubrication made functional,
partly measuring valves renewed and guideway scrapers remade.
