Construction
The system consists of the following main assemblies:
- Walk-in, isolated test room
- Air treatment room
- Machine unit
- Air conditioning system
-Switchboard
Test room
The internals in the test room are made of corrosion-resistant
material
The test room can be illuminated, is accessible and has a condensate
water and cleaning drain.
Air treatment room
The air treatment room is located behind the air deflector in the
insulated interior.
It contains the following assemblies necessary for temperature control
and is accessible through easily removable plates.
- Test room fans
-Heat exchanger
- Electric radiators
- Ventilation device
- Temperature probes
In the air treatment room, the air is tempered (cooled/heated),
humidified and dehumidified and circulated by fans.
The air is sucked in under the ceiling and blown out again in the
floor area.
Sensor
The temperature and humidity sensors are located behind the air
deflector in the air treatment room.
Machine Unit
The machine unit, consisting of refrigeration units, supplies the air
treatment room with the required energy.
Air conditioning system
The air conditioning system consists of:
- Steam humidifier
- Dehumidifier
