The used coolant cleaning system based on centrifuge MZF T22
Turbo-Separator AG, is connected to a tool grinding machine (Anca,
Rollomatic, Walter, Schneeberger, etc.) and supplies the grinding
machine with clean emulsion or oil. The pure oil is pumped directly to
the grinding machine by pumps placed on the coolant cleaning system.
Depending on the process, a system can also supply several machine
tools with clean coolant.
Advantages of this system:
1. Use with oil or emulsion no problem
2. Filtration without consumables with the centrifuge,
3. Use with tungsten carbide, ceramic or HSS no problem.
4. The sludge comes out of the centrifuge dry, with minimal residual
moisture.
Supply pump capacity 1 (for process supply): up to 100 litres/min. at
5-7 bar
Supply pump 2 (for spindle cooling) 20 litres/min. at 5 bar
The contaminated oil runs back from the machine into the filtration
system and is cleaned in the centrifuge.
Stage 1: Filtration by a centrifuge, without consumables, the sludge
(magnetic and non-magnetic) settles in the centrifuge and can be
removed from the centrifuge by changing the bucket. Filtration quality
- oil 3 to 10 μ.
The facility includes:
Centrifuge Turbo-Separator AG, pumps for supplying the machine, pump
for supplying the centrifuge, controller, cooling unit, clean tank and
dirt tank.
The system was built for a grinding machine, but can also be used with
any tool grinding machine with HM or HSS. The plant can be operated
either with emulsion or with oil. The system was still running at the
customer's tool production facility until mid-August. Sold due to a
