The Multiskan FC covers a wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm, allowing
for a wide range of applications, from enzyme kinetic studies to Lowry
assays. The device takes fast and accurate measurements. For example,
the complete measurement of a 96-well plate is possible in less than
seven seconds. The device is equipped with a linear shaker as
standard. An incubator model reaches incubation temperatures up to
50°C and is capable of reading 384-well microplates. SkanIt software
supports the optimal use of the device through a visual workflow,
effortless data analysis, and export capabilities.

Wide wavelength range
A wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm for a wide range of applications
such as ELISA immunoassays, protein quantification, endotoxin,
cytotoxicity and proliferation assays, enzyme assays and growth
curves.
Pre-installed filters
Is equipped with an eight-position filter wheel and three standard
filters, 405, 450 and 620 nm. Additional filters are easy to install
and can be ordered.
