Test system for the electrical safety testing of battery systems, constructed as a 19-inch cabinet with the KT 1885L multifunction safety tester and the IS 1885L automatic insulation tester. The high voltage is released via key switches, and the result is signalled via PASS/FAIL.



The test specimen is contacted via the connection panel with HV+, HV, probe and the connections K/K'. According to the manufacturer, the KT 1885L covers high-voltage testing AC/DC, insulation, protective conductor, equivalent leakage current and continuity testing according to IEC, EN, UL and VDE. Test guns, wiring harness and the system documentation are available.
