Peripherally drilled hard chrome plated rolls 650mm dia x 2400mm wide (2 spares),
High pressure hot water heating (28 bar),
Roller bearings,
Motorised nip adjustment,
Roll bending on rolls 2,4 and 5,
Cross axis on rolls 1 and 4,
With Farrel Pomini full unidrive gearbox (choiceable 2 speed 30m/min or 60m/min), dc variable speed motor to each roll 88.2kW to rolls 1,3,4 + 5, 110kW to roll 2?. Motors not included.
Previously used for rigid PVC film 2000mm finished width, 100micron - 1100micron.
Calender max speed 60m/min.
