PalletFeed is a standardized solution for the fully automatic removal
of components directly from full or half-full pallets. The system is
adapted to customer requirements with our standard modules. It
processes pallet spacing and performs pallet measurement for new
pallets. The robot is guided visually, using either 2D or 3D systems
to enable pure BIN picking. Finished components are inspected
according to the specified program or data.
The system is extremely compact and requires little space on the
floor. Since it is delivered as a tested module, the installation at
your site is quick and smooth. Once commissioned, the system requires
minimal maintenance.
The system can be combined with a variety of options, such as conveyor
belts, measuring boxes, washing systems, handling stations,
marking/marking systems, etc.
