Construction: 305 stainless steel with 316L stainless steel product
contact parts.
Surface
Finish: Product contact surfaces mirror polished (Ra 0.10 micron),
non-contact surfaces 150 grit (Ra 1.06 micron); welds cleaned and
polished and all material contact welds ground flush and polished.
Infeed Opening: 3.25" (83 mm) diameter with grid bars to prevent
operator access to the rotating impeller.
Infeed Chute: Hand-fed funnel, 6.4" diameter x 5" high (163 mm x 127
mm) with magnetic actuated safety interlock.
Spindle
Assembly: Sanitary pharmaceutical duty with pre-lubricated, sealed
bearings, viton O-ring, two shaft seals, and double varilip seal in a
stainless casing. Also suitable for use with vacuum.
Impeller Speed: Approximately 1000 - 6500 RPM.
Capacities: Varies based on tooling, feed and speed used.
Discharge: 6" (152mm) tri-clamp discharge, grid mesh for addedsafety
protection.
Motor: 0.5 HP, non-XP, TEFC, variable speed AC motor with Quadroʼs
custom washdown features for enhanced durability and protection.
Controller: Single phase, variable speed controller with cord and
plug. UL listed, CSA recognized
