A complete and automated OMAG paving block production line is available. Components: 1) Drawing plate for Colormix in the hopper. 2) InLine washing system. 3) Drying side Rekers. 4) Handling Rekers. 5) Rekers control system. 6) Rekers fork carriage. 7) Part of the drying chamber racks, as they are load carriers for the building. 8) Board crane as buffer placer and empty boards. 9) Cyklop horizontal strapping. Without strapping and boards. Concrete feed: 2-axis bucket, output with 90x90 paving blocks: 1000-1100/shift, board size: 1000mm/1400mm, max. format size: 1000mm/1400mm. Completely new OMAG control system in 2017. Conversion to proportional valves in 2014. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
