A cost-effective solution for a fast trimming machine with modern
laser measurement.
- Continuous capping with length stops for the cap lengths
- Zero cross-cut saw
- Addition of swivel saw for tip capping on the opposite side.
The waste is disposed of.
-Transverse measuring conveyor
The boards are conveyed by a measurement curtain in transverse
passage.
-Laser measurement
State-of-the-art surveying with 15 lasers from above. Of course,
programs can be stored in all variety, depending on length and width,
separation, sharp-edged or forest edge can be mapped in many ways in
the program.
- Alignment table
A computer calculates the ideal orientation of the board. During the
clamping process, the board on the alignment table is moved/aligned at
the same time in order to be safely fed to the mulehead from above by
means of a feed chain and pressure rollers.
-Edging circular saw
3 variable axes divide the board.
-Spreißel separator
Two jumping splitting wedges (depending on the cutting program)
separate the splitters from the board fabric via the spruffle
separator.
