Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use of the
CR Series, the CR20A breaks the 20 kg payload limit, opening up a
wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working
radius of 1,700 mm, the CR20A meets the requirements of heavy-duty
picking, packing, palletizing and welding in the automotive,
appliance, logistics and metalworking industries.
User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR20A utilizes the industry's first dual-channel end effector
design that can be connected directly to multiple end tools. It also
features a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive
recognition of the operating status.
More possibilities with high payload and large radius.
The CR20A has a working radius of 1,700 mm and a maximum payload of 20
kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR20A is more
stable and has 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency
braking.
24 interface ports for more flexibility
The CR20A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols
and connects seamlessly to the PLC. It features 24 digital I/O
S6116292 ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuitry
for easy application expansion.
High level of protection for secure collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit meet the high protection class
IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an
alarm. The CR20A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic
brake protector that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the
event of a power failure.
