A complete UPG system for polyester resin granulate production is available. 1) High-speed Henschel fluid mixer FM 350C, speed: 1500 rpm, heating unit: Lauda. 2) Raw material supply system with 6 bunkers, screws and vibrating chutes. 3) Conveying system with a collecting tank located 9m above the mixer and a Demag 4t rope hoist. 4) Schenk fluidized bed cooler. 5) Engelsmann ED 250/4 flat bed screen. 6) Alpine B40/63 RO granulator. 7) 2 annular gap compactors Siemens. 8) 2 Kessler & Luch blowers, volume flow: 7000m³/h. 9) Aerobic filter, filter capacity: 4000m³/h.
