HAAS VF-6/50HE CNC machining center was built in 2007 in the United
States by HAAS AUTOMATION, INC. The machine, designed for precision
machining of workpieces, is an excellent choice for both unit and
series production. The machining process is performed by means of a
reliable high-speed spindle and cutting tools taken from a 30-position
magazine. The applied through spindle cooling system significantly
reduces tool wear and thus extends the overall service life of the
machine. The work table, in turn, is equipped with a magnet, thanks to
which workpieces are clamped on its surface without the need for
special tooling. The HAAS VF-6/50 CNC vertical machining center is
controlled by an advanced HAAS CNC control. The control system is
distinguished by its intuitive operation and many useful functions.
