Thanks to the 4 take-up shafts, the machinist is able to unload and position a new sleeve while the machine is still winding. This brings an enormous amount of extra power at the end of the day, as there are only short downtimes. The machine is still in daily use and sample materials can be tested daily. We would then disassemble the machine, pack it and put it on a stable pallet. 20ft containers can be loaded via the ramp.
