Design and operating principle:
1. The product is continuously fed into the feed box and evenly
distributed on the lower belt. The height and width of the cakes can
be adjusted to the specific product.
2. In the wedge zone, the upper belt is pressed against the product. A
slow increase in pressure creates a stable product cake.
3. In the extrusion area, the cake is dewatered, first using a special
profile roller, which ensures rapid liquid drainage to both sides of
the cake.
4. The product is then effectively dewatered by pressure rollers with
gradually decreasing diameters and increasing pressure.
5. Optional linear pressure rollers further increase machine
productivity.
6. Effective, continuous belt cleaning ensures maintenance of
dewatering efficiency.
