The machine, designed to deburr metal sheets after various cutting processes, is distinguished by the use of two ‘Z’ type oscillating-rotating units, which make it possible to perform two operations simultaneously. Each unit is equipped with 9 machining discs, working on the principle of rotation combined with clockwise/anticlockwise oscillation. These discs are designed for, among other applications, descaling, deburring and edge rounding, oxide removal and workpiece polishing. All this is complemented by a TFT touch-screen panel where the machining parameters, i.e. workpiece height, feed rate and disc speed, can be controlled.
