sheet thickness 3 mm with perimeter rings of reinforcement UPN-80,
support structure by means of 4 pillars HEA180 mm braced with HEA-120
profiles, inner thread of Ø300 mm, step 200 mm with shaft tube of
114.3x6.02 mm placed in tube-jacket of Ø 355x4,78 mm, registration on
the side for visit and inspection and in the lower tube for emptying
in case of jamming or breakdown, equipped with safety system, 4
inspection sights, two upper ventilation vents, maximum level
indicator FILSA type MS-1, transmission by pulleys and belts with 22
kW motor at 1,000 rpm with safety protections, discharge pipe 200x200
mm connected to inner screw jacket of mixer with manual closure at the
outlet mouth, Nozzle at the bottom of cone for complete emptying of
machine, cat ladder with guardrails and perimeter railing height 1.00
m on machine roof. Protection system in bearings by means of a cone
placed on the shaft avoiding the entry of the G5958574 molten

Horizontal auger model S-165 with 140x140 mm thread for feeding to
direct drive mixer by 2.2 kw geared motor at 220 rpm, big bag
discharge hopper of dimensions 1,150x750x500 mm height with upper lid
and connection nozzle and height-adjustable pillars.
Electrical control panel coupled in mixer pillar composed of 22 kw
starter, relays, thermal magneto, limit switches and wiring.
