The machine packs containers with a round base, with a bottom diameter
of 185 mm and a top diameter of 208 mm. The height of the containers
can vary from 60 mm, 130 mm, to 160 mm, depending on the weight of the
product to be filled.
In the past, they worked with diced onions, and the pack sizes were
1000 g, 2000 g, and 2500 g.
The operating speed of the machine (with onions) ranges from 5–6
packs per minute up to 10–12 packs per minute.
The multihead weigher is also equipped with a discharge system that
allows the product to be packed into bags, with the product being
released directly from the bottom before being filled into the round
containers (this is an alternative option).
The plant has a production capacity of 2000–2500 kg/h, depending on
the type of product processed.
