The intermittent cartoning machine is suitable for erecting, filling
and closing pre-glued folding cartons.
The VCL vertical cartoning machine is a mechanically controlled
machine whose main movements are generated by crank or cam gears.
Capacity: up to 50 folding cartons/min
The machine is equipped with an envelope/plug-in closure
The machine is completely overhauled, i.e. all mechanical components
are completely renewed, the electrical equipment is state-of-the-art
(retrofit)
The following folding box dimensions can be processed:
A 20-130 mm
W 15-80 mm
H 60-230 mm
Machine is set up to customer format(s) and delivered ready for use.
The following additional options are possible: blind embossing,
various feeding devices for products such as bags, blisters, bottles,
etc. on request
