Bluhm Weber Legi-Air 4050S Labeling Machine

4.14.1 Basic structure

The system is designed as a closed aluminium profile frame and has a very compact design.
The control cabinets are integrated in the lower part of the frame.
The main valve terminal is located behind a service door below the control panel.

The facility includes four workplace stops.
Operation is via a touch screen.
The control panel is mounted on the right side of the frame.
In the station, a labeling system from Bluhm Weber is used, here the documentation of the company Bluhm applies accordingly.

4.14.2 Functional sequence

- The retracting workpiece carriers with IO modules are stopped, excavated (positioned) and contacted in the substations 10.1 or 10.2.

- In substation 10.3, the IO modules are automatically labelled. The generation of K4427004 the labels and their contents takes place automatically, as well as application to the devices.
- After successful labeling, the module is finalized in Station 10.4, for this purpose it is stopped, excavated and contacted. After finalization, the workpiece carrier is automatically discharged from the station.
