serial number: 11892-907, original year 1966 (but upgraded/refurbished in 2012),
Roll sizes: 850mm dia x 2440mm wide,
peripherally drilled rolls (steam/high pressure hot water heating),
motorised nip adjustment,
cross axis, roll bending, hydraulic preload etc.
2 speed Unidrive gearbox on universal couplings,
Speed setting 1: 33.7 rpm, speed setting 2: 16.85 rpm,
with 98kW DC variable speed motor fitted to each roll.
Operator controls renewed recently (Siemens S7 E4412282 plc)
