In the system, a trimming is first carried out at the front of the
cardboard in order to
to cut off possible damage to the van. After trimming, a
Edge trimming on both sides of at least 30 mm each. Furthermore,
if necessary, a corner is cut off from the cardboard. This is

different. Finally, the cardboard is creased at the folding points and
removed from the
machine.
The waste that is generated is transported by means of a waste belt
underneath
outside the machine. At the machine outlet there is a
Conveyor belt, which disposes of the waste into a container. If the
edge trim is too
long, it must be cut inside the system so that it can be easily
removed from the
of the plant.
The blanks and the products are driven to the folding table, where
the
Boxes erected and filled. In the Box Closing Unit, the cartons are
sealed, labelled and conveyed out of the plant.
