- CEKAMON - Electronic, hydraulic tipping station/ manufacturer

- 1 sorting and inspection workstation with control panel for
controlling the system;
- PLC and control system from Schneider
- Driven conveyor line to the robot
- Robots for stacking individual pallets
- ABB robot (built in 1999) incl. control software and PLC
- 5 stacking places with light barriers and further conveyor / up to 5
varieties can be stacked at the same time
- Complete and complete incl. PLC for conveyor lines and ABB robots
- Currently robot out of function (connection cable defective must be
replaced)
- Robot currently defective. Connecting cable needs to be replaced ABB
(built in 1999).
- Pallets are transported to the workplace via driven conveyor lines =
AUTOMATIC; Inspection of pallets at the workstation = Manual ;
Transport from the workstation to the robot and to the sorting
stations = AUTOMATIC

- Conveyor line width for products of 800mm (system was used for
sorting Euro pallet repair).
