The Velati F4 continuous meat cutter, made entirely from stainless steel, has been designed to transform a block of meat into meat pieces, using a blade system specially devised to avoid damaging or crushing the meat. A combined blade structure, consisting of an oscillating guillotine blade and circular saw blades, allows the meat to be processed at various temperatures and cuts both the lean and fat meat.
