PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-025 H injection moulding machine built in Poland in 2005, is used in the process of processing thermoplastics by injection moulding. The characteristic feature of the machine is a two-plate hydraulic mould closing system with attached closing cylinders, working with a force of 25 tons. The machine’s screw with 22 mm in diameter rotates at a speed from 10 to 370 rpm and is driven directly by a hydraulic motor.

The high-tech control system of the MITSUBISHI FX2N-48MT-ESS/UL allows for high automation of the injection process with setting and control of the injection parameters from the control panel located on the body of the machine.
