KAWASAKI BA006L robotic welding station was built in 2019 in China by Kawasaki Robotics. The system is designed for fully automatic arc welding using the MIG/MAG method. The machining process is performed by a KAWASAKI 6-axis robot, distinguished by, among others, its sophisticated design and robust arm with an increased range of movement. Its compact, slightly curved design allows it to work efficiently in a small amount of space, without the risk of collision with the workpiece or peripheral equipment. Each of the six axes is driven by powerful servo motors in order to achieve excellent dynamic movements combined with high process reliability. All machining parameters are in turn programmed in a state-of-the-art controller that offers intuitive operation and access to advanced functions. The KAWASAKI BA006L works with two single-axis welding positioners designed to rotate the workpiece during welding.
