Description:	Fish processing machines BAADER 444 used machine Optimal for processing cod, saithe, haddock, and yellowtail, the Baader 444 stands out as the ideal choice for both heading and gutting. Maintaining the collarbone on the trunk, the Baader 444 is particularly well-suited for handling saltfish during the processing. For gutting alone, the heading function can be deactivated. An operator feeds a fish back forward and head to the right into feeding device of a drum and fixed by clamps. Grills device goes down to fish and makes a cut. Shoulder bones do not damage during the cut operation. The drum moves a fish to a knife for trimming a fish belly. Circle knife goes along the shoulder bones and separates it and a membrane from the back bone. After that, during the drum rotation the machine provides cutting of a head. Then a fish move for the gutting operation - crescent knife opens it, and trimming tools removes a viscera from a belly and during the drum movement an offal separates from the fish. At finish clamps open and a fish falls down. The heading device can be disabled when just gutting the fish. Due to its special heading N4445960 technique it is possible to process fish without the need to pre-bleed but pre-bled fish can also be processed as well as fish with their throats cut. The throughput rates for the Baader 444 models are roughly 15-32 fish/min, with a working range of 50-90 cm (1-7 kg).
