The Alfa Laval SRU6/260/LS is a robust positive displacement lobe pump designed for the gentle and efficient handling of sensitive process fluids. Engineered in accordance with the most stringent hygienic design standards, the pump features fully validated and effective Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) capability. The SRU pump range is suitable for applications across the dairy, food, beverage, brewing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and home and personal care industries. Its smooth, low-shear pumping principle allows for the handling of products with a wide range of viscosities—from low to very high—including creams, gels, emulsions, aerated mixtures, and media containing delicate cells or organic solids in suspension. Products containing fragile solids, such as curd, can be transferred without damage due to the specially designed tri-lobe stainless steel rotors. The pump has a nominal displaceme ...
Automatic foil wrapping machine designed for packing butter and similar products in aluminium foil. The machine was previously used in a butter production facility and operates with the SIG folding principle, featuring a side folding flap to minimise foil consumption., The machine is equipped with a rotating forming drum with 4 rectangular moulding chambers, designed for a 250 gram butter format with dimensions of approximately 106 × 65 × ± 38 mm. The butter is fed into the machine via an aluminium trough fitted with augers, ensuring a continuous product supply to the wrapping section. A photocell is installed at the foil infeed to detect the exact position of the printed packaging material, ensuring accurate alignment of the print on each wrapped product., The machine speed is adjustable by means of a frequency converter, allowing the operating speed to be adapted to the product char ...
Egli butter reworking line designed for processing and reworking frozen or chilled butter blocks with a core temperature above ± 0 °C. The installation is suitable for industrial butter processing applications where solid butter blocks need to be broken down and prepared for further processing. The line consists of a butter bulk conveyor, Egli, EBSCM 7, V-6000-2, block shredder with a motor of 7,5 kW and Egli, EBW34 reworking silo of 5.000 liter, equipped with 2x augers with a motor of 9 kW and a reduced speed of 6,8 - 27 rpm. The bulk conveyor feeds the butter blocks into the shredder, where the butter is reduced into smaller pieces. The shredded butter is subsequently transferred into the reworking silo, where the twin augers ensure controlled product movement and facilitate further processing. The installation is designed for hygienic food processing and is CIP-cleanable (Cleaning-i ...
Tetra Pak Tetra Alex 2 (TA2/200BAR) high-pressure homogeniser, designed for the homogenisation of milk, dairy products and other liquid food products., The machine is equipped with a 3-cylinder homogenising block and a single-stage homogenisation system with mushroom-type valves. The maximum design capacity is up to 6,500 litres per hour at a maximum pressure of 160 bar. With the currently installed 30 kW motor, the machine is configured for a capacity of approximately 4.000 litres per hour at an operating pressure of up to 200 bar with a piston diameter of 40 mm. The homogeniser is equipped with hydraulically operated pressure-setting valves, mounted on the side panel, allowing adjustment of the homogenisation pressure. A pressure gauge is installed to monitor operating pressure and pulsation dampers are ensure smooth product flow. The machine also features an integrated oil pumping sys ...
